Impossible Coconut Custard Pie

  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cups butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients in blender; blend 1 minute. Pour into well greased and floured 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until custard sets. Flour makes a crust and custard rises to the top.
