  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  1. In small saucepan over low heat. Melt butter or margarine. Grease well eight deep 7-ounce pottery custard cups. Set custard cups in jelly-roll pan for easier handling.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat eggs until frothy; beat in milk and butter until blended. Beat in flour and salt until batter is smooth.
  3. Fill each custard cup three-quarters full with batter. Bake 1 hour; then quickly make small slit in top of each popover to let out steam; bake 10 minutes longer. Immediately remove popovers from cups.  Serve piping hot. Makes 12 popovers. About 285 calories each.

Very good blog! Do you have any hints for aspiring writers? I’m planning to start my own website soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you advise starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m completely confused .. Any recommendations? Thanks!

I am using WordPress and I find it very easy to use.
WordPress is an industry standard and is very customizable.
There are many free and paid addons that you can use to add features to your website.

Hello there! This is kind of off topic but I need some guidance
from an established blog. Is it hard to set up your own blog?
I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick.
I’m thinking about creating my own but I’m not sure where to start.
Do you have any ideas or suggestions? Appreciate it

It was not very hard to set up my blog. I am using WordPress which is a content management system.

The theme I am using is Ashe Pro. I am using the paid version of the theme but they provide a free version. Once I paid for it I am able to use the paid version on multiple websites.

The reason I like this theme is that it is easily customizable. You are also able to use all the 987 fonts by Google Fonts.

Some of the free plugins that I am using are:
      Jetpack by WordPress
      Akismet Anti-Spam
      Embed Any Document
      Link Library
      Wordfence Security
      YotuWP
